Remit
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a well established care provider who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Home Manager for their large sized residential home based in Bristol. The home provides residential care for elderly residents with dementia. As the Home Manager in this home you will be required to focus on CQC compliance and improving the standard of care to a higher level of quality, supporting/ developing the team you’re leading and overall performance of the home by working closely with the Area Manager in driving key business objectives.

The Candidate
This role is an opportunity for a proven Home Manager looking to further their career with an established provider. The right candidate is required to have a proven track record of successful Home Management, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of CQC with the ability to lead and inspire a multi-disciplined team.

Requirements
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Home Management
NVQ Level 4 +
Previous CQC rating of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’
Passion for dementia & elderly care
Nurse or Non Nurse – Preferably Nurse

Interview Process
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.

Stage One: Skype
Stage Two: Home visit to meet the Regional Manager
