Position: Registered Care Home Manager | RGN Qualified
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Salary: £66,000 + 40% Bonus (OTE £77k)
Hours: Full-time

Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Registered Care Home Manager for their beautiful Nursing Home based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
This is a great opportunity to join a care provider that has all the latest facilities and features. The home provides person-centered care to elderly residents who require general nursing, respite, palliative/end of life, and residential care, as well as specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:
The interview process will be in a two-stage format.
* Stage One – Video call interview with the Regional Director
* Stage Two – Group video call interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
* Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of high-quality care within nursing homes
* RGN qualified
* Possess strong commercial acumen
* Excellent communicative skills
* Demonstrate excellent leadership
* Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
* Driving license and own vehicle are required
