We are retained by one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of building products who due to continued success in the UK market place are seeking to recruit a professional REGIONAL SPECIFICATION MANAGER covering the SOUTH EAST / EAST ANGLIA area.

With a turnover of circa £10m, our Clients products are very high quality whilst being competitively priced and are primarily supplied via Builders Merchants and Specialist Distributors from their UK distribution base, predominantly based around the HEAVYSIDE / STRUCTURAL SECTOR of the industry and offer unrivalled function and aesthetic advantages to similar products.

The role will be predominantly building relationships with Architects & Specifiers, House Builder and Developer Design Teams and Key Specifiers by targeting specific market areas with them and offering product, sales and technical support.

You will also work alongside Commercial Area Sales Managers to ensure specifications are held and Stockists and Distributors are supported.

Personal Specification You must have experience of specification sales of Building and Construction Products to Architects, Specifiers, House Builders and Developers.
