Regional Site Manager

Salary: £84,000 – £96,000 per year

As a Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the oversight on mostly MOD Projects to make sure things are running smoothly and to also be in direct contact & build relationships with the client to make sure the programme is on track and that any issues are being resolved in a timely manner.

We are ideally looking for someone with previous experience working as a Site Manager / Construction Manager on MOD projects or mulitple projects at any given time, liaised with site managers & project managers and clients throughout the duration of projects.

You will have to be a very process driven Senior Site Manager who is happy to work with a developing site team to help pass on your experiences and knowledge to help with their development and to help insure an efficient way of working.

THE ROLE

• The Senior Site Manager will oversee safe, on-time, on budget delivery to required standards of allocated construction sites.
• Leadership, management and development of site managers so that they fulfil their accountability to deliver the project objectives, safely, on-time, on-budget and to the required standards.
• In conjunction with the Project Manager, develop and own the contract delivery programme, ensuring that it is efficient and deliverable.
• As a Senior Site Manager you will develop and drive a two week look ahead site production plan, working with site managers to ensure that production targets are met.
• The Senior Site Manager will liaise with Factory Production Manager on the delivery of modules on the agreed date, to the required quality and to the level of completeness.
• Maintain relationships and ensure effective communication with key client stakeholders.
• Produce monthly progress and update report for Directors on site activities and input into the Client Monthly Report.
