Account Manager/Contract Manager on Site Industrial Recruitment

Think Rec2Rec has registered an On Site Account Manager/Contracts Manager job opportunity working for a rapidly expanding and ambitious recruitment business within the industrial managed services recruitment sector. The role will be based approximately 10 miles north of the Nottingham area and be responsible for volume temporary recruitment (600+ temps at peak) for a key account. The vast majority of the roles will be warehouse/logistics positions working for a demanding client within an often pressurised environment at a prestigious client account.

Base salary circa £30,000 with monthly bonus and OTE of £36,000.

The On-site Account Manager will take full responsibility for managing the on-site team, client relationship management, workforce management and fulfilment, worker/AWR compliance and all associated administration. We are seeking candidates with previous volume temporary recruitment experience within the industrial/blue collar sector (ideally on-site), excellent AWR/employment legislation knowledge, strong man management and fantastic customer service skills.

Duties to include:

• Running a large key customer account
• Ensuring fulfilment of temporary workers for shift requirements (600+ temps at peak)
• Making sure the team is working to strict compliance and AWR regulations
• Managing an on-site team and ensuring maximum performance
• Delivering fantastic customer service to client
• Building strong working relationships with client’s management team
• Conducting review meetings with key stakeholders
• Dealing with any issues and resolving as quickly as possible
• Undertaking reports, monitoring KPIs and site /account/worker performance
• Effectively managing on-site team, conducting reviews, managing holiday and sickness
• Reacting to client requests quickly and effectively
• Ensuring profitability of the account by ensuring fulfilment of temp requests

Candidate requirements:

• Proven track record of high volume Industrial/blue collar recruitment
• Previous on-site Contracts Manager/Account Manager experience
• Strong working knowledge of AWR, employment legislation and compliance
• Staff management experience
• Excellent organisational skills, competent and confident communicator
• Experienced in multi tasking, delegating and monitoring performance and KPIs
• Full UK driving licence
