Regional Network Development Support – Ci Implementation

The Role;

To lead the CI roll out on behalf of the Network Development Managers in the UK. Supporting the Network Development Managers, Market Managers and Retailers and provide hands-on CI implementation and standards guidance, control management, insight coaching and training in the Region. Owning the operational relationships with, and acting as the key operational interface between the central team and the region.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

Provide guidance and support on dealer facility design and build
Develop and maintain CI costing model
Manage regional/importer architect(s) and suppliers
Oversee the in market survey process
Oversee the in market investor pack process
Establish “preferred/panel” architects in key locations
Establish processes for collating Retailer information, promoting and utilising the online Hub as an integral CI Management and reporting tool.
Manage compliance and approval of facility plans
Guide and consult on the effective use of all company systems, processes and measures

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven track record of programme management and objective delivery
Knowledge of architectural standards
Ability to present and interpret management information
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to develop regional solutions to operational challenges and implant best practice
Ability to lead, coach positively and influence both peers and franchise partners
Focused even when facing alternative arguments and heavy workload
