A global Property management firm based in Birmingham have a fantastic opportunity to join their successful and well supported Business development department managing new and existing accounts across the West Midlands and surrounding areas.
Business Development Managers are seen as part of the leadership team in the business with fantastic year 1 earnings and market leading career opportunities working closely with the UK National Managing Director and Regional/National Sales Director.
The job role
* Liaising with Housing associations, private landlords, developers and local councils arranging a full Property management service across their entire portfolio
* Offering a specialist consultancy solution to large property groups and working with Senior management to secure tenders and business wins
* Identifying and following up on quality leads with new contacts
* Arranging or attending networking events with Industry leaders across London
* A mix of field and office based role
* 40% account management 60% lead generation and new business focussed
Skills and Experience
* No previous property background necessary
* A specialist in B2B sales with a proven background
* Consistent sales and account management background
* Professional communication skills
* Experience in winning new business
* Ambitious and driven attitude
Package
* Basic Salary range -£30,000 – £33,600per annum
* Year one earning potential – £40,000 per annum with a generous bonuses/commission scheme
* Company Car (or mileage depending on what you would prefer)
* Monday to Friday hours (Fixed 42 hours per week)
