Recruitment Resourcer and / or Consultant – WARM DESK – CANDIDATE DRIVEN

Due to increased business volumes, we are keen to speak with EXPERIENCED Recruiters and Resourcers for vacancies wthin our Billericay office.

RESOURCER ROLE:

Ideally you will have previously worked within recruitment for at least 6 months, although we will consider training for someone who can demonstrate a genuine interest and passion in the Recruitment sector.

This role will support 2 of our Consultants, utilising job boards, social media and referrals to source candidates for specific roles and to build and maintain talent pool of workers for urgent vacancies.

RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT ROLE:

We would like to hear from anyone who has managed their own clients and their Recruitment requirements for a minimum of 6 months. We have opportunities for target driven, success-motivated Recruiters to manage our Clients’ urgent roles and build their own desk of contractors. We have more roles than we can fill right now and urgently require committed, sales professionals with initiative, energy and a sense of urgency.
