Recruitment Consultant / Resourcer

Salary: £26,400 – £38,400 per year

Strategy Education are looking for energetic, driven consultants and resourcers with relevant experience in either education or industry to join our new team based in our brand new Southend office. After successfully growing the team in our busy Maldon office, we have expanded into Southend (so exciting!)

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated consultant who is mainly focused on sales and business development for the education sector. As a consultant, you’ll manage your own primary, secondary and or SEN desk. You will be working closely with these schools, building new relationships and growing on existing ones. You will also be sourcing top talent via internal databases, job boards, social media and networking.

As a resourcer your responsibility will be to work with the team generating teachers, support staff and graduates who you will then pass through our vetting process including reference and full DBS checks.

For experienced recruiters these positions are to take on active desks with business history already in place. You will have a strong existing candidate database to work with along with many existing client relationships.
