Salary: £26,000 per year
HCL Nursing is a leading supplier of qualified nurses, HCAs, ODPs and theatre nurses to the NHS and the private healthcare sector across the UK, bringing a wealth of experience and know-how to the market. We supply NHS hospitals across the UK with healthcare professionals to work in all nursing departments and wards delivering clinical care and standards of excellence. We hold long standing contracts and preferred provider agreements with clients who use HCL Nursing as their agency of choice.
Due to recently winning a new contract, we are looking to recruit a number of Resourcers across our Nursing division to identify and generate a flow of suitably skilled and localised nursing candidates. You will utilise various mediums including: database regeneration, advertising, social networking, referrals and networking events to grow our candidate pool of available candidates by pre-screening applicants for suitability. You will work closely with Recruitment Consultants to provide additional support resulting in successful placements.
The ideal applicant will have previous Resourcing experience although we are also happy to consider applications from Graduates with previous sales experience. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and be an ambitious and driven individual that is keen to develop a career within the recruitment industry.
