Recruitment Resourcer

Salary: £26,000 per year

Starfyn Recruitment is a family owned and run recruitment company currently looking to expand its Camberley office. Founded in 2020, Starfyn has quickly become and a trusted recruitment partner to many of its clients.

We’re looking to appoint 2 resourcers that share our companies core values – Trust, Honesty, Integrity, respect, teamwork and accountability. We have a clear and simple commission plan that means you are earning from your first day, we have a clear path on how to increase your basic salary, as well as promotion.

Day to Day duties:

• Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates
• Advertising vacancies onto job boards
• Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards and cv searching

Person specification:

• Confident on the phone and face to face
• A high level of IT skills, proficient in Microsoft office
• Be able to prioritise, plan and organise workloads
• Good communication and inter personnel skills
• Team player
