Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

Wage: £26,000 per year DOE + Travel Pass

Working Week: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

Overview:

Our client, an established recruitment agency specialising in the appointment of high calibre candidates within the Legal, HR and Financial industries, are on the lookout for a tenacious apprentice resourcer to join their team.

Description:

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to enter a lucrative career within the Recruitment industry. With guidance from individuals that have worked within the recruitment sector for numerous years, you will have the opportunity to learn, develop and grow within your role, with an opportunity to progress to consultancy on proven performance.

Duties will initially include:

-Answering the telephone.
-General administrative tasks.
-Internal database management including coding CVs on the recruitment software.
-Building a candidate network of contacts.
-Communicating with active and passive candidates with regards to available positions.
-Identifying potential sales leads to pass over to consultants.
-Searching and sourcing CVs of potential candidates on job boards and the internal system.
-Contacting potential candidates to see whether they are a potential fit for a position.

Qualifications Required:

We require a minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade A*-C or equivalent, including English and Maths.

Training to be provided:

-Level 2 Apprenticeship in Recruitment Resourcing.
-Level 1 or 2 Functional Skills in English, Maths and ICT

Future Prospects:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into a full consultant position with both candidate and client contact, managing the full 360 recruitment process.

Please note that this is an apprenticeship and eligibility is key to success with your application. Therefore we can only accept those aged between 16 and 23 without a degree qualification due to course funding requirements.
