Here at Connect Recruit We are looking for 4 Recruitment Resourcer’s to join our expanding team here in Chester to fill vacancies across multiple sectors

• Accountancy and Finance
• Manufacturing
• Industrial
• M & E
• Transport and Logistics
• Technology
• Life Sciences and Veterinary Solutions

What we are looking for –

• Confident and personable
• Confidence to pick up the phone and call active candidates
• Live within a commutable location of Chester
• The passion and hunger to learn and develop
• Tele sales or recruitment experience desired but not essential

What will you be doing –

• Qualify candidates over the phone for live vacancies
• Email and follow up calls with candidates
• Writing job adverts and posting across multiple job sites
• Keeping our CRM up to date with all candidate information
• Keeping candidates up to date on their application
