The Role

• Build new and existing client relationships
• Candidate sourcing and selection
• Managing candidates through the full recruitment process
• Use of LinkedIn, social media outlets and major job boards
• Hosting podcasts, webinars, and roundtable events
• Manage offers of employment and negotiates the best package for your candidates.

• Basic Salary: £26,000 – £30,000(increased guarantees available depending on experience)
• Uncapped commission structure, 1st year OTE £30k-£35k, 2nd Year OTE £40k-£45k, 3rd Year OTE £50k-£55k, 4th Year OTE £60-100k
