Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

BCS Connect are seeking to employ an experienced Billing Team Leader/Manager to join our team based in Lichfield city Centre. 

We are a recruitment business specialising in the Construction sector providing temporary and permanent services to our clients UK wide. 

The ideal candidate will have the skills and aptitude to drive the business forward providing support to the team and leading from example billing on your own desk. You will be reporting directly to the owner of the business on a regular basis.

Job Role

• Converse with and influence decision makers at all levels, promoting our service
• Build a successful team of talented people around you and mentor the current team in place
• Build your own desk to successfully billing providing profit for the business
• Provide training and advice to the current team
• Make daily calls with prospective clients and candidates
• Attend client meetings, providing opportunity to be placed on new supply chains
• Deal with the recruitment, interviewing and selection of quality candidates
• Be able to embrace challenging situations
• The ability to embrace a growing business and move it to the next level
