Salary: £26,000 – £26,400 per year

We are looking to grow our team throughout 2022, and are looking to appoint a number of key hires. One of these key positions is for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Trainee Recruitment Manager. We are looking for a ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant/Trainee Recruitment Manager with experience within the temporary recruitment sector. This is a new division for our business, so we are looking for a candidate who understands what it takes to build business and grow a successful division.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Sales Activity to increase temporary usage
* Liaison between the client and the business
* Day to day management of temporary staff
* Ensuring that all necessary compliance documentation and procedures are followed
* Ensuring the team deliver on filling vacancies in an efficient time-frame
* Recruitment of permanent staff
* Monitoring teams performance and providing suitable feedback
* Daily team meetings to set out divisions objectives
* Mentoring of staff
* Monthly Professional Development Review with MD
* Willingness to get involved at all levels of recruitment
