Salary: £38,400 – £54,000 per year
IT Recruitment Manager Birmingham basics £32,000-£45,000 + Commission + Bens
EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN AN IT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANCY AT A SENIOR LEVEL IS ESSENTIAL.
This business was established circa 10 years ago and prides itself on acting with honesty and integrity, building enduring relationships with clients and candidates alike.
Their specialism is IT & Engineering recruitment and they provide IT candidates covering all aspects of IT and Engineering solutions.
Through their in-depth understanding of the IT business sector and the technologies used, they have developed relationships with a wide variety of clients from start-up companies to blue chip organisations.
You will also be a hands on – BDM or similar managing a wide team.
Responsibilities will also include management of KPIs, SLAs and staff policies, procedures and processes experience of handling small, medium and large clients requirements, staff leadership and development of the future business plan. Both ‘hands-on’ roles which require an exciting and forward thinking character.
