My Client is seeking to appoint an outstanding 360-degree, billing Branch Manager to join their new team to be based in Romford area, working within Driving recruitment.

Due to continued success of my Client Company, who has aggressive expansion plans for 2015/16, they are now seeking a dynamic, driven Branch Manager to develop up their Driving Recruitment offering.

They are an exciting progressive Company that specialises in a wide range of recruiting solutions. This will be a “hands on role” billing role developing new opportunities within driving recruitment.

Manager Key responsibilities:

Pro-actively manage & develop the business to meet financial targets
Recruitment and selection
Business development/marketing activities to identify secure & retain new clients
Effective management, development and training of support staff
Maintenance of accurate records
Providing reports/information as required
Constantly striving to improve the quality of service to both clients and candidates
Ensuring that all dealings with clients/candidates/suppliers/colleagues are professional and friendly

As a Branch Manager you will be rewarded with an industry leading basic salary, excellent commission structure, car allowance

Basic Package in the region of £42,000, plus commission – depending upon experience
