Driving Recruitment Consultant

XP Recruitment are looking for an experienced and ambitious Driving Consultant to joining our busy Northampton office. Managing our existing business alongside our current team you will be a proven, target focused Driving Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of new business development as well of account management in Northamptonshire along with a good sense of humour and the ability to work as part of a team and also on your own.
Your duties will involve the recruitment and vetting of temporary Drivers to the Transport and Distribution markets in Northamptonshire.

XP recruitment currently supply various blue-chip companies and smaller local hauliers who require regular ongoing drivers as well as last minute ad-hoc supply of drivers of all categories HGV 1 HGV 2 7.5T and Van Drivers.

Working 0830-1700 Monday to Friday with 1 night per week and 1 weekend per month on call Daily Duties will include:

Business development including; cold calling and meeting new Clients

Account Management with Regular service visits.

Sourcing and Vetting of Drivers.

Interview and assess drivers and discuss suitable vacancies with local employers
