Recruitment Business Manager

Salary: £30,000 – £42,000 per year

Sky Recruitment Solutions, a leading multi-sector recruitment firm based in Derby City Centre, is recruiting a Business Manager for a new venture in Huddersfield.

As part of the management team, and receiving 100% commitment and support, this role would ideally suit a candidate that is at senior consultant or branch manager level (Industrial recruitment), and would be interested in combining onsite and branch based experience.

Own transport is essential due to client meetings, training, networking, and multi-site review meetings that need attending.

This ‘hands-on’ role is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who enjoys responsibility, enjoys direct involvement with staff and clients, and enjoys the prospect of growing a business.

You will have the autonomy you require to operate, and use your own skills and experience, with support at Director level should you require it, and you will be focussed in the following areas:

Team – we pride ourselves on teamwork, you role will involve guidance, support and a ‘watch me’ approach

Operational – 100% responsibility for day to day operations including administrative, recruitment etc.

Business Development – you will be expected to generate revenue with Temporary and Permanent recruitment prospects

Account Management – a requirement of this role is to be the main support mechanism for all key accounts

Recruitment – oversee the Temporary recruitment process

With regards to the package, we can offer you:

Basic Salary £30,000 – £42,000dependant on experience
