Senior Quantity Surveyor (Small Works Divison)

A regional contractor in the West Midlands are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their small divisions team. My client completes design and build, new build and large refurbishment projects within the health, commercial and education sectors.

This company in the West Midlands region has seen gradual and sustained growth over recent years which have been a result of a number of negotiated contracts, framework agreements and repeat business from long standing clients. The company views the appointment of a Senior Quantity Surveyor as an integral part of the development of this business as they continue to secure work into the next decade with past users and new clients.

The Role:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple small works projects ranging from £100k – £1m

The Person:

The ideal person will have a proven track record of working on new build and refurbishment work for the public and private sectors, with particular expertise in the health, education and local authority sectors.
