Freelance Quantity Surveyor | Residential | West London | £300 – £420 per day
Our client is a national contractor that delivers multi-million pound residential and commercial projects. They currently require a Quantity Surveyor to work on a scheme already under construction in west London.
The scheme is an RC frame, 24 units, 8 storey residential block with commercial units on the ground floor. The ideal quantity surveyor will have experience in residential new builds. RC frame experience is desirable. You should be an innovative and hardworking quantity surveyor and have a strong commercial background.
You will have been a quantity surveyor for at least 5 years; you must have a recognised quantity surveying qualification and stable employment record backed up with 2 references that can be contacted immediately.
