* Regional contractor who are very busy with new and existing projects.
* Stable through the last 12 months but now have a number new projects due to start in the next few months.
* New build and refurbishment projects, residential and commercial.

* Project values range from £200k – £10m
* Professional and successful team where everyone works closely to support each other to complete their projects successfully.
Role
* Reporting to the Director
* Responsible for the commercial aspects of multiple projects
* You will be given the autonomy to successfully deliver the project with full responsibility for all commercial aspects of each project.
* Office and Site based
* Work closely with the Operational team
* Work with client and sub contractors
* Liaise with design team.
* Manage a small team of Surveyor
Person specification
* You must have experience managing all commercial aspects of a project.
* Design and Build experience.
* JCT Contract knowledge
* Property Services refurbishment experience.
* Worked for a reputable regional contractor.
* Managed a variety of packages including.
* Excellent negotiation abilities.
* Proven cost management abilities.
* Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
