Salary: £48,000 – £72,000 per year
Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant
Our client are a Cost Consultancy who offer Quantity Surveying services to a wide range of organisations, from Client Side to Main Contractor, Sub Contractor and Consultancy/PQS.
They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant with the experience and ability to work alone and as part of the team.
They are open to background as they have a 50/50 workload of Contractor and Client Side work.
Ideally they are seeking someone with Buildings Experience, Mixed Use, Commercial Refurbishment, and if you have some Civils experience too, that would be ideal, although not essential.
The role can be a part time or a full time basis, but it is a permanent role, so we are not looking for Freelancers for this role. A yearly salary will be provided.
Requirements for the Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Consultant
Ideally you will have a professional qualification as a Quantity Surveyor, a degree or equivalent.
Circa 5- 9 Years experience as a quantity surveyor, with a well known organisation.
Solid work history and the ability to work alone or as part of a team is essential.
We are seeking someone based in the area, with the ability to travel to projects and work independently
Salary & Benefits for the Quantity Surveyor/ Cost Consultant
As mentioned above our client are very open to this role being part time or full time, so a salary will be pro rata and discussed on a case by case basis.
Mobile Laptop, Mileage will be provided.
