Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £54,000 – £66,000 per year

We have an excellent opportunity to work for a high end contractor who focus on bespoke builds for private clients at the upper end of the market.

This role will be based in their office in Cobham and reporting into the Director. As part of the day to day duties you will be responsible for a few projects at any one time and oversee all financial aspects for these.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on truly bespoke luxury builds, a role which is rarely available. 

The ideal person for this position with have JCT contract experience as well as residential developments of both new build and full refurbishment for either a main contractor or a residential developer. This is a permanent role and as such we are looking for someone who comes from a permanent work history.
