Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £36,000 – £78,000 per year

Atkins Search are currently recruiting a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager and a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager to join a highly reputable and dynamic Construction Consultancy based in West Bridgford, Nottinghamshire.​

You will be responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior members of staff including assistants and apprentices and also providing Cost Management and Commercial services, in a lead capacity, such as cost planning & management, value engineering, tender management, financial reporting, budget management, employers agent and valuations on a variety of strategic Construction projects including Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Leisure and Residential, etc.

​The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a Construction Consultancy, a construction related degree or equivalent, excellent communication and IT skills and ideally RICS accredited (or working towards).​​
