Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, London based – £78,000 – £84,000 plus package.

Our client is a London based specialist contractor delivering dry lining, facades / interiors packages to a number of key clients in the commercial and residential sectors.

Due to the continued growth within the business and having won a large number of new contracts the client is currently looking to strengthen the commercial team so are looking for QS’s with experience of facades, interior projects, particularly dry lining, ceilings and associated fit out.

Projects can vary in size and candidates will have commercial responsibility for either one large project or a few smaller projects depending on value and programme.

Projects are all in the London region.

This is a role that could facilitate a candidate who is at Project QS level who is looking for an opportunity to progress, or a Senior Candidate who can hit the floor running with minimal supervision. Alternatively a candidate in a senior role already would also be well received.

The client is able to offer a flexible salary and package dependent on the individual. They are expecting to pay in the region of £78,000 – £84,000depending on candidate level and experience, but are not limited to this for the right person.
