Senior Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £78,000 – £84,000 per year

Fawkes and Reece are now assisting in the search for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a nationally renowned housing developer out of their Basingstoke office.

They’re looking for a Senior Surveyor who will oversee a number of projects, both live and in planning which usually consist of multiple phases. The projects are a mix of traditional and timber frame homes.

This is a business which has multiple sites across the country and lots of work in the pipeline. They are a business which puts time and effort into the progression and success of their employees and as a result have a history of longevity with their employees.

You will report into Commercial Management.

As Senior Suveyor, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Financial reporting and control
• Commercial Forecasting
• Ensuring financial reports are produced and submitted in an effective and timely manner
• Attend regular review and commercial control meetings
• Liaise closely with Design and Project management

The ideal Senior Surveyor will have:

• A degree/equivalent qualification
• Experience running multiple sites
• Tier 1 developer experience
• Be in commutable distance to Basingstoke.
