Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £60,000 per year

We’re looking for a talented Quantity Surveyor to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with a demonstrable background in managing the full cost lifecycle.

The Role:
Reporting to the Commercial Director and based in the company’s London office, as the Quantity Surveyor you will be primarily responsible for managing many multi-million pound projects at any one time within the workplace fit-out space, overseeing the full cost life cycle.

In the job you’ll be tasked with the following:
– Pricing variations
– Assessing and signing off contractor work and authorising payments
– Site visits and building client relationships

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Quantity Surveyor role will have relevant background in of managing the full cost lifecycle.

You’ll also need background in of:
– Workplace fit-out, drylining or facades
– Building client relationships
– Attending site meetings and adjudications
– Pricing variations

In addition, it’s essential that you have knowledge of workplace fit out and solid negotiation and numerical skills.
