Quantity Surveyor Job in Leeds, Permanent opportunity with a well known Housebuilder

Your new company
A national House builder with offices in Leeds are looking to add to their commercial team and have the vacancy of Quantity Surveyor. My client is open to level of seniority and experience but would prefer the candidate to have a background in house building.

Your new role
Your new role as a quantity surveyor in this business will be fast paced and varied, job duties will include but not be limited to:

Ensuring commercial processes are in place.
Commercial administration/management of live projects or pre-implementation phase.
To measure all works accurately including capturing of changes and variations.
Management and control of sub-contract accounts and variation accounts.
Assisting and liaising with the buyers on materials procurement.
To support other members of the QS team.
Measure, progress, assist in submitting valuations, final accounts.
What you’ll need to succeed
To Succeed in this role you will be hard working, adaptable and a team player, you will be able to solve and overcome problems as the arise quickly and efficiently. you will hold a degree in Quantity Surveying and have a background in the House Building sector.
