* Construction developer based in London
* New build residential schemes, also Commercial and Industrial projects.
* Projects range from £2m – £10m
* Projects starting in Essex, North London, and West London
* New development in Essex, £4m project of new houses
Role
* Responsible for all commercial aspects of the development, groundworks through to final finishes and completion
* Reporting to the Commercial Manager
* Take on 2-3 new projects and run all Surveying duties.
* Managing all commercial aspects while working closely with the Operational team.
* Ensure successfully delivery of units within agreed targets.
* Manage all sub contract accounts
* Value engineering to ensure commercial success is maximised.
Person specification
* You must have experience with all commercial aspects of a new build project.
* Be ambitious and able to work on your own initiative while working closely with the team.
* Have experience on fast paced residential developments.
* Worked for a reputable regional contractor.
* Excellent negotiation abilities.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Able to manage a variety of sub contract accounts, including groundworks, structures and internals.
* Keen and ambitious to progress your career.
