Freelance £240-£250 per day

Overview:

Quantity Surveyor required to work on various fast track retail and commercial refurbishment projects.

The Company:

One of our London based national contractors is now looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to work on contracts based out of their Enfield office. This business is currently working on fast track fit out contracts projects covering the Retail and Office Fit out sectors with contracts from £500 to £1m working on a nationwide basis but you would be based out of their Enfield office.

Projects:

As a Quantity Surveyor you will be looking at Retail and Office Fit out sectors with contracts from £500 to £1m.

Role:

The Quantity Surveyor will be working on all packages from preconstruction, tendering and sub contract package valuations through to onsite subcontractor supply chain, also working on and improving relationship with sub contracts and clients is a must.

Essential Skills:

* Previous experience of retail fit out / refurbishments with values from £500 – £1million

* Relevant Quantity Surveying qualifications
* Maximize profit and cash levels at all times
* Able to deal with tough negotiations and pressures of fast paced environment
* Manage and reducing risks to the business
* Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience within in a similar role.
