Our in-house expertise allows us to be at the forefront of our industry.

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our successful commercial team. You will be responsible for managing all costs relating to construction logistics projects from the initial calculations to the final figures, seeking to minimise the costs of a project and enhance value for money.

You will need to be familiar with the statutory building regulations and industry standards. Key components of the role will be managing complex projects and supporting the Commercial Manager when required.

Suitable candidates must have similar proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on complex and high value projects. You will also need demonstrable experience of understanding and negotiating contract terms and hold or working towards an accredited Quantity Surveyor qualification, the role will suit a Quantity Surveyor looking for a career advancement opportunity.
