Salary: £42,000 per year

Currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team in their Manchester based offices, our client provides innovative renewable energy solutions for a diverse range of clients. We have worked with this company for well over a decade and have seen them grow and gain an excellent reputation within the renewable energy sector.

The Role and its Responsibilities

* Financial planning

* Preparation of estimates and contract variations

* Working to timescales and budget constraints

* Assisting the commercial management team to provide quality projects

* Assisting with the production of accurate reports

* Tender analysing

* Procurement of sub-contractors

* Compliance to contracts

The Individual

We are looking to review CV’s from candidates with approximately 5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role and who are motivated to progress with their career in the building services field with a fantastic company. You should be hardworking and enthusiastic and have an inteerest in renewable energy and building services.

Salary and Package

The company is offering up to £42,000, dependant on experience, plus an excellent company package for this Quantity Surveyor role. They will also provide full mentorship to the successful candidate and will fully support them whilst offering valuable on the job experience.
