Quantity Surveyor

Salary: £48,000 – £54,000 per year

A dedicated Cost Consultancy are now looking for a project running Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Nottingham.

Based in the centre of town, the practise provide Quantity Surveying and Project Management services across the UK and has begun to support international clients.

The project running Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team who all have a strong background within the professional service of construction, with 90% of their teams all being MRICS.

The Company

The Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Cost Consultancy who have a wealth of experience across the country and bring over 50 years worth of experience and knowledge.

With a strong APC programme the consultancy support from day one any Quantity Surveyor wishing to become Chartered.

With an extensive background in a myriad of sectors, the Quantity Surveyor will be working within Commercial, Hotel, Retail and Leisure projects.

The Quantity Surveyor

Ideally the consultancy would like to see a minimum of 5 years work experience, including;

BSc in Quantity Surveying
Ideally MRICS
Ambition to complete APC
Clear understanding of both Pre & Post contract handling
Client facing
Eagerness to build relationshipsIn Return?

£40,000 – £45,000
