Position for an experienced self-motivated and results driven quality manager to have responsibility to implement a unified approach to quality within the manufacturing facility of a global leading business.

This is the ideal position for a quality manager with strong manufacturing experience and is now looking for a technically challenging role that will allow you to be recognised as an expert within your field by your peers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*The Quality Manager will support product introduction, manufacturing and field installation for products designed and manufactured at the two facilities. The Manager will support the full range of products developed and installed. The products are comprised of RF Cables, connectors, filters, antennas, cabinets.

*In serving as the voice of the customer, the Quality Manager will be responsible for resolving quality issues, communicating with the customer, and implementing the appropriate corrective actions.

*This position has cross functional accountability and interactions with Product Management, Sales, Risk Management, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Planning, and any other applicable areas, in support of improving overall Quality.

*The person has to be a champion of Quality to both internal and external clients.

*The person will be responsible for the Quality systems at both locations and have additional responsibility to develop systems relevant to current activities within the business.

*Manage all aspects of the organizations Quality Program. Ensure that Quality Procedures and Policies for the organizations products and services are current and uniformly coordinated throughout the Enterprise Business. Direct the ISO 9000 program and help sustain a visible and progressive culture of continual improvement.

The Ideal Person for the role:
*Very experience Quality manager from a manufacturing background
*Working knowledge of basic Quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, Root Cause Analysis, Poke Yoke, TQM, Six Sigma, Control Plans, Kaizen Lean Manufacturing etc. required.
*Must have working knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality System Standards and implementation
*Previous experience with ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001 preferred but not essential
*Basic technical understanding of wireless products is highly desirable.
