Quality Engineer required for successful Engineering / Manufacturing company paying salary of up to £36,000+benefits

Profile: Experienced Quality Engineer (to be demonstrated on CV)
Must hold a Mechanical Engineering Qualification / Apprenticeship
Good understanding of Quality system requirement ISO9000 and ISO TS16949
System audit experience TS16949

The successful Quality Engineer will be able to work on a variety of projects within the NPI team and existing projects. You will have previously worked to a minimum of ISO9000 standards and preferably to ISO TS16949/ You will also be responsible for carrying out internal auditing procedures and ideally be qualified to TS16949.

The successfully Quality Engineer will have working knowledge of APQP procedures through to PPAP generation and sign off. Experience of NPI and corrective procedures preferably in 8D corrective action plans is essential.

The Quality Engineer will have experience of using Quality tools e.g; trends, pareto, 5Y, Ishikowa diagrams, QOS, poka yoke CIP, process mapping and SPC techniques.
