Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per year
Owned by one of the largest property management services in the UK, our client were formed in 2002 as a specialist provider of health & safety and property administration services for both letting agents and local authorities. Now with a UK workforce of 350 and a growing annual turnover, they seek to recruit a BDM for the Northern regions.
THE ROLE:
This Public Sector Account Manager position will see the successful candidate manage framework agreements within the Housing Association and Public Sectors. Managing existing clients across the North of England corridor, you will generate business from networking amongst the client base and holding consultative conversations with procurement directors and H&S officers. With a background in selling to the public sector of some description, you will use your experience in Account Management to generate significant growth on your region. With a lucrative commission scheme and a structured career development programme, this is an excellent opportunity to join a Plc organisation.
THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have a background in selling to the public sector working with any solution or service led sell. You will be driven, money motivated, consultative and energetic.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic – £35,000-£40,000
OTE – £60,000-£70,000
Car – Choice of executive vehicle
