In this role you will be an integral and respected member of the team which supports the company’s business growth nationwide and internationally.

They are looking for an exceptional individual to manage their existing strategic client relationships. You’ll be the first point of contact for all client requests for information, your role will involve maintaining a CRM system, execution of client engagement strategies, on-boarding, supporting the sales director, identification of opportunities as well as planning and attending meetings and annual events and liaising with marketing and product development.

We are looking for individuals who are experienced in dealing with multi-level stakeholders and senior management. You will have the ability to analyse and interpret business information and translate ideas into practical actions for performance improvement, identifying trends and ensuring all performance targets are achieved. You must be a proven relationship builder who can quickly establish a rapport and build confidence.

The person we are looking for is most importantly someone with intelligence, initiative and outstanding communication skills. You will need to have previous business experience – almost certainly involved in building professional relationships at a senior level.

This is a full time permanent position based in EH2 – salary up to £36,000per annum depending on experience.
