Interim Project and Programmes Manager

Carrington West’s dedicated Town and Country Planning Recruitment Team operate UK wide and we are delighted to be assisting our client with their search for an Interim Project and Programmes Manager to join a fantastic Local Authority in the South East on an initial 12 week contract.

The Role

You will be working on projects with a focus on 2 main areas driving forward housing zone and development projects.

The successful candidate will have experience of managing regeneration projects through the stages of development, planning, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and review as well as budget management in order to undertake the role.

The candidate will also be working on masterplanning/development opportunities and examining the business case to assess a more proactive role for Council intervention.

Candidates should have strong financial skills.

Salary – £420 – £480per day
