Our established client is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to work on a fixed term contract. The role is working on a number of small works projects within Kent.
The client are a successful Construction and maintenance company who work across the South of England. They have a variety of commercial contracts across and are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team.

Contract: Fixed Term
Location: Sites based in Kent all office work will be based at home
Salary: £54,000 – £66,000
Duties:
Making sure all projects are completed within budget and deadline
Working with the client
Cost estimating and developing budget
Analysing and managing project risk
Overseeing project from start to completion
Signing of the project when completed
Working on small work projectsRequirements:
Experienced project manager
Experience working within health care or council works
Full UK driving license
Own Vehicle
