Salary: £84,000 – £108,000 per year
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an individual with an operational (project and site management) more than commercial background to work out of Italy.
The Client
Our client is specialised in turnkey interior fit-out, civil construction, MEP works, FF&E, OS&E, building materials trading, decorative painting and carved gypsum works. They operate across the globe from offices in Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, United Kingdom, France, Italy, India, Sri Lanka and Brunei.
Requirements:
Ideally trilingual in English (essential), Italian and Russian.
High level finishing experience for prestigious customers
Joinery, stone works and detailed specialist finishes
A proven history of achieving high level of works within time and budget
Good working knowledge of commercial considerations
Experience of working overseas, particularly in Russia or Baltic states and UK
Ability to relocate to Italy in order to work from there as the main base
Willingness to travel and potentially be posted for relevant periods in other countries such as Khazakstan, USA, UK, and/or others.
