A leading eCommerce solution provider, based just outside Oxford, are looking to recruit a Project Support Analyst or Junior Project Manager to ensure that the company’s customers receive high quality eCommerce project services. The role will be working along-side experienced Project Managers and e-commerce experts and there will be the opportunity to advance very quickly for someone who’s eager to learn and progress.
As the Project Support Analyst / Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Communicating with customers and ensuring that requirements for new projects are clearly briefed for the development team,
Reporting on progress and dealing with customers on all stages of the development process,
Working along-side senior E-Commerce Experts to learn all aspects of the e-commerce sector and the company’s specific platform,

There will also be the opportunity in the future to help scope out new projects, work on resource and time estimates and work closely with the development team.

As a Project Support Analyst you’ll be working on multiple-projects in a fun, fast-paced environment and dealing with customers both on the telephone and face to face.

Skills and Qualities
Ideally, you should have the following skills:
A genuine interest in web technologies
Has built some basic websites and has HTML, SEO and design tools knowledge
The personality to relate to customers
Ability to show initiative and pay close attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
