Parkinson Gray Associates are the leading Yorkshire-based building services recruitment business. We have been engaged by our Client to recruit for this key role within their organisation.

We are looking to assist our Client, a leading independent building services contractor based in Leeds, with their recruitment for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager (HVAC – building services). Having experienced significant growth in recent years they are looking to add to their project management team.

As Mechanical Project Manager you will look after large-scale (£multi million) projects from inception to completion. Working with the senior management team, you will be profit and loss responsible, client facing and will have the technical design knowledge to deliver projects on time, on budget and to demanding quality standards. You will be office based but will make frequent visits to site. As a result, there will be some travel required with this position.

We are looking for a proven Mechanical Project Manager for this role, who is able to make an immediate impact on our Clients w workload. In return, our Client can offer excellent potential for progression and a generous remuneration package.
