Project Manager – Interiors – Catering

Brief Outline:

Fantastic opportunity to be part of a small team in an established 20 year old company who are held in high regard in a niche part of the market

About the Client:

This company are well known for their quality in the Commercial Interior Fit Out within the Education sector, they require a versatile Project Manager to join there close knit team. Most of their Projects are based within the South East

About the Role:

* This role will be all-encompassing from initial client meet through to final kitchen handover
* Site visits and surveys
* Advising clients
* Kitchen design and specification of appropriate equipment
* Production of services schedules
* Project management/supervision
* Production of RAMS
* Basic staff training on new equipment

About the Candidate:

* A surveying/building site management/mechanical & electrical background – i.e. be familiar with building terms and utility services
* Have experience of either working on or visiting building sites
* Able to listen to and interpret clients’ needs and be able to communicate these back to our office team
* Happy to visit both educational establishments and building sites and also work in an office environment
* Willing to learn – On the job training will be given and some industry specific qualifications are available
* Past experience of commercial catering equipment and/or ventilation systems is preferable but not essential
* Able to use AutoCAD LT software
