Site Manager (Interiors)

Experienced Site Manager required on a fit out of a community centre for a recognised contractor.
A Contractor who has a number of new build projects underway and will be managing the whole fit out process in house. To look after the interior fit out of a new build community centre.

The Company is an established Contractor with a good volume of substantial projects both on the ground and in the pipeline.

The Role. Interior Site Manager – Ideally with Commercial fit-out experience

Requirements of the role:

Progress ~ monitoring, reporting and maintaining.
Trade contractor management and organisation
Thorough understanding of the fit-out procedures

·Up to date Health & Safety training and awareness

·Commercial appreciation of the work entailed and end use

·A sense of professionalism in dealing with all sub contractors, M&E etc

·The skills to maintain progress and achieve realistic targets

Previous Experience in working on high quality finishes on commercial (particularly community centre project)s will be relevant.
Of major importance is the knowledge and experience gained from working either for a relevant contractor or subcontractor or supervising them if coming from a main contractor background.
