Senior Project Manager

Our client is a major contractor with a very strong regional presence throughout the South West. Due to the award of a key project in the Bristol area they have approached us with the requirement to recruit an experienced Project Manager to deliver the scheme as ‘No.1’.

The project involves the delivery of a £17 million education scheme to provide student to extend an existing University campus block.

As Project Manager you will be tasked with the effective delivery of the scheme ensuring that it is delivered to budget and time. You will manage a large and diverse project team, as well as chair regular client progress meetings and report to the regional construction director on all issues.

This role would suit an experience Project Manager with the following experience:

– having worked with a large and recognised main contractor in the South West
– experience of delivering similar sized construction projects locally
