Project Manager Construction

Salary: £60,000 – £66,000 per year

We’re looking for a Project Manager to work for our client.

They are an international contractor working in the workplace fit-out space producing a variety of products and covering off manufacturing right through to installation.

If you can demonstrate experience in project management and understanding project commercials and budgets then you could be perfect for our client and we’d love to see your CV.

– Managing projects and ensuring they run smoothly in both a time-efficient and profitable way
– Project management
– Commercial management

Requirements:

– Experience in project management and understanding project commercials and budgets
– Additional experience in people management and ensuring sites and projects run smoothly
– Further experience in performing progress reports and creating project programmes
– Knowledge and skills of workplace fit-out, shopfitting or retail fit-out
– An ability to manage project budgets and costs and ensure projects are profitable
– An individual who can build on client relationships and be the face of the company to clients
– A full driving licence is needed for this role

The Package:

– Basic salary: £60,000 – £66,000per annum
– Bonus: An extra bonus is also available if the company hits certain targets – full details of the scheme will be revealed on the application
