Electrical Construction Manager

Salary: £300 per hour

Aylin White have been tasked with sourcing an Electrical Construction Manager by one of our leading clients for commercial fit-out projects in Central London.
Our client is a £250m turnover M&E contractor who work on projects with values ranging from £5m to £40m. The company has quickly gained a reputation for being extremely well run and gaining lots of repeat business while completing projects to a very high standard. The Electrical Construction Manager would need to be who has a great work ethic, wants to complete projects to the highest of standards.
The Electrical Construction Manager will have experience on good sized projects and experience on CAT A and CAT B commercial fit out projects is preferred but not necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Taking ownership and responsibility for site Health and Safety
* Making sure site a site is delivered to programme and quality through a hands on approach
* Ensuring subcontractors have clear instructions and a clear pathway to complete work on time
* Procurement of some materials
* Involvement in progress meetings
SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
* Experience as an Electrical Construction Manager on projects with M&E values over £5m
* Preferred experience on CAT A and CAT B commercial fit outs
* Someone who is comfortable in front of clients
* Someone who is proactive on site and willing to get involved
