Mechanical Construction Manager

£65 000 plus travel

We are working with one of London’s most exciting M&E contractors. We have worked with them for many years, they have always kept the staff we have placed and there has always been good progression. Our clients turn over in excess of £110m, are privately owned and deliver major schemes (£20m +) for some of the more prestigious main contractors.

You will have experience of residential/ high end residential packages of at least £4.5m as lead site manager, a plumbing trade background is preferred as the client will be self-delivering on drainage, you will have strong quality assurance experience, MVHR, direct staff management as you will be managing the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring contractors, checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control, ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget, maintain H&S, reporting writing.
