Project Manager – Rugby
Project Manager – a leading privately-owned contractor is recruiting a Project Manager to deliver a design and build project valued at £9m. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to work on a new mixed-use development consisting of apartments blocks and retail units.

Key Duties:
– Project Manager on a £9m D&B project
– Reporting into a Contracts Manager
– Management of sub-contractors
– Overseeing Health & Safety

Salary & Package:
– Basic Salary: £26,000(DOE)
– Company Car or Allowance (£6,500)
