Salary: £50,400 per year

Role: Project Manager Sector: Hospitality/ IT

Salary: £50,400 plus car allowance (£350 pm) plus benefits inc healthcare, mobile phone, laptop to name a few

Location: HQ in West London but travelling to various locations in the UK and Europe is required on occasions and all expensed

Hours: 40 hours per week Mon -Fri but flexibility is required

Project Manager Role Overview

You will be an experienced Project Manager responsible for taking on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering all projects on time, within budget and in scope. You will be required to interact with suppliers, contractors, stakeholders and customers to provide and process up-to-date information to successful completion of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Managing of all aspects of the project from kick off through to operational support

* Planning based on project scope and required business outcomes, including defined deliverables, key interdependencies and resourcing requirements

* Providing a single point of accountability as the primary point of contact for the project

* Reviewing budgets, monitoring and reporting progress against the projects

* Managing the project against milestones and specifications and manage any change to individual project scope along with local organisation

* Ensuring that controls and measures are in place to assure the quality of everything delivered

* Ensuring that key stakeholders are kept well informed with accurate and timely information of progress, risks and issues including the daily updates to the project team

* Ensuring interdependencies with other projects are maintained, managed and properly co-ordinated.

* Define project management templates using the companies preferred tools

* Continually contribute to evolving standards of the company

* Manage the Installation project plan as business requires and including performing potential site inspections throughout the installation process which will incur travelling to so a driving licence is ideal

* Assist where applicable, to develop resolutions to complex technical problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors

* Develop installation schedules, evaluate installation estimates, review contract modifications, and verify work performed to project brief

* Collaborate with and/or mentor service and installation technicians to ensure they are aware of technical requirements, new technology, troubleshooting, and other issues as applicable

* Manage and direct the daily load of subcontractor assignments and job fulfilment obligations

* Evaluate customer installation concerns before, during and after installation

* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a successful project completion

* Plan and implement procedures, processes and systems to maximize operating efficiency.

* Maintain an agreed-upon level of accuracy in measurements and installations with minimal rework and additional trips to the job site

* Define, standardise, and document all installation processes and ensure they are followed consistently to the companies standards

* Provide supervision and planning in the successful completion of specific projects.

Must Haves
Good management and decision making skills with the ability to lead, motivate and positively direct
The proven ability to manage time, plans, projects and other related tasks in an organised and professional manner
Be a proven problem solver with good initiative and forward thinking
Proven project management skills with the ability to proven business and financial acumen
Technically minded
A great communicator, both verbal and written with the proven ability of building strong relationships and buy in from all stakeholders
A real team player with the ability to delegate and control successfully
Driven to success and continued development
Proven successful employment history in Project Management, ideally with Hospitality sector experience which would be a huge advantage
Good understanding of Network, CCNA would be a great advantage
A proven team leader / supervisor
Be able to efficiently utilize different computer and communication software applications and hardware
Commercially and service focused with a good understanding of P&L to ensure project is kept on budget

Educated to: PMP Prince 2 or equivalent
Degree qualified
